We operate in Spain and France, and we're building our presence in the UAE. From Dubai, you'll work with our clients in the UAE.
A full-stack engineer who is just as good in front of a client as in front of a codebase.
You'll build the AI workers and the custom tools our clients run on, and you'll be the person they trust to lead the project. You'll work directly with CEOs, CFOs and operations leads: you understand their business, scope what matters, ship it and make sure it delivers.
We're a team of builders. We ship, we own what we ship, and we judge our work by one thing: did it make a real difference for the client?
What it isn't This isn't staffing: you're never “placed” in someone else's team to plug a gap. You carry an outcome, not billable days.
What you'll do
Customer-facing engineering
Own the relationship from the first workshop to go-live and beyond. Understand how the client's business really runs and turn it into a solution that fits.
AI workers
Design, build and iterate on agents that make decisions and take action. That covers LLM prompting, tool use, orchestration and quality evaluation, until they're reliable enough to trust with real work.
Full-stack development
Build the custom applications, interfaces and back-ends around our AI workers.
Integrations & APIs
Connect everything to the systems our clients already rely on: CRM, ERP, accounting, email.
Project ownership
Scope, prioritize and deliver several client projects in parallel, on time, while keeping every client clearly informed.
Measure what matters
Tie every project to a KPI (hours saved, errors avoided, faster cash collection) and iterate until it moves.
Clean handover
Deliver documented, production-grade solutions the client fully owns.
Feed the playbook
Turn what works into shared prompts, patterns and components, so every next deployment starts ahead.
What we're looking for
Must have
- 3–5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript and Node.js, and hands-on Python.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications that run in production: prompting, structured outputs, agents, tool calling.
- Solid experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Excellent communication. You explain complex technical choices to non-technical decision-makers, clearly and without jargon.
- Real project management skills. You scope, prioritize, hold deadlines and manage client expectations.
- Founder mindset: independent, you take ownership, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience in a client-facing technical role: solutions engineer, technical PM or freelance.
- A good grasp of how mid-sized companies run: sales, operations, finance, HR.
- Startup experience.
- Experience with the UAE market.
- Arabic, French or Spanish.
